Gabe remains deeply involved in the day-to-day work of the company, personally guiding homeowners through inspections, estimates, and even small repairs to ensure no detail is overlooked. A family-first leader, he co-founded Roof Wiz alongside his brother Andy and is deeply invested in the communities they serve. Roof Wiz proudly supports local youth sports, charity events, community races, and the annual Veteran Roof Giveaway.

Andy brings over a decade of hands-on construction and roofing experience to his role as Vice President of Operations at Roof Wiz. As a Licensed Builder in the State of Michigan and OSHA-40 Certified professional, Andy ensures every project meets strict standards for safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

His technical expertise plays a critical role in Roof Wiz’s ability to operate as a Company Builder Licensed contractor and an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm—providing homeowners with added peace of mind. As a co-founder of Roof Wiz alongside his brother Gabe, Andy is committed to doing things the right way, protecting homeowners, supporting the crew, and delivering durable, code-compliant roofing systems the community can trust.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Jonathan is known for building genuine trust with homeowners through honesty, education, and clear communication. As Regional Sales Manager at Roof Wiz, he mentors the sales team while helping customers confidently navigate their roofing decisions.

Jonathan specializes in metal roofing and is equally well-versed in asphalt systems, allowing him to tailor solutions based on each home’s needs, budget, and long-term goals. His consultative, no-pressure approach ensures homeowners feel informed—not rushed—making him a trusted advisor and respected leader within the Roof Wiz team.

Al is known for his straightforward, efficient, and no-pressure approach to roofing consultations. He respects homeowners’ time and focuses on clear communication, accurate information, and practical solutions that make sense for each situation.
